Secure File Transfer

Notice: To use the secure upload feature of our FTP, you must have an account. If you do not have an account or you do not know your login details, please contact your sales representative.


Logging In

Step 1: Go to the login page.
Step 2: Enter your username then click next.
Step 3: Enter your password then click next.

You have now been logged in and you are in your custom folder for your files and your files only.

Upload Files

To upload files securely, you must be logged in. If you do not know how to log in, please follow the instructions above.
Step 1: Once logged in, double click the “Incoming” folder. Please Note: For better organization, you can create a folder with your job or quote number inside the incoming folder.
Step 2: Click the upload button.
Step 3: Navigate to the file(s) you would like to upload. If you are uploading multiple files, you can control (or command for Mac) and click each file that you want to upload.
Step 4: Once you have selected the file(s) you would like to upload, click “Open”.

You have successfully uploaded your file(s). You should now see them listed in the folder. If you have no other files to upload or download, you may log out.

Notice: To avoid system errors, please use only numbers and letters in file names. Exclude spaces when possible. Thank you.


Download Files

To download files, you must be logged in. If you do not know how to log in, please follow the instructions above.
Step 1: Once logged in, find the file(s) you would like to download in the list of files shown. If you are downloading a file we have uploaded for you, it will likely be inside the “Outgoing” folder.
Step 2: Click the box next to the file(s) you would like to download. The box will have a checkmark on it once it’s been selected.
Step 3: Once you have selected the file(s) you would like to download, click the “Download” button.

You have successfully downloaded your file(s). You should now be able to find the file(s) in your computer’s ‘Downloads’ folder. If you downloaded multiple files at once, it will download 1 compressed file that you must uncompress to use the files. If you have no other files to upload or download, you may log out.

Change Your Password

To change your password, you must be logged in. If you do not know how to log in, please follow the instructions above.
Step 1: Once logged in, click the dropdown arrow at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit Profile’.
Step 3: On the page that appears, click “Change Password”
Step 4: Type your current password in the ‘Current password’ box.
Step 5: Type your new password in the ‘New password’ box.
Step 6: Underneath where you clicked to change your password, there is a light blue bar with “Cancel” and “Save”, Click ‘Save’ located all the way to the right of the light blue bar.
Step 7: You have successfully changed your password, the next time you log in, please use your new password.
